By using GEO Audit Tool ("the Service") at geocheck.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GEO Audit Tool is a free tool that checks your brand's visibility across AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini). We analyze your website structure, schema markup, content hierarchy, entity consistency, and E-E-A-T signals, then deliver a PDF report by email.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs that you do not own or have permission to audit
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use automated scripts to submit bulk audit requests
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data (e.g. internal network URLs)

4. Audit Results

GEO scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Results are based on point-in-time queries to AI platforms and website analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations, and AI platform responses may vary over time.

5. Intellectual Property

The GEO Audit Tool, its methodology, scoring algorithm, and report design are proprietary. You may share your own audit results freely, but you may not reproduce, resell, or white-label the Service itself.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, traffic, or search rankings.

7. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces rate limits. Excessive requests from a single IP address or email may be temporarily blocked. This is not a penalty — it protects service quality for everyone.
