What Data We Collect

When you run a GEO audit, we collect the following information:

• Brand name
• Website URL
• Keywords (up to 3)
• Email address
• Audit results (score, grade, check details)
• IP address (for rate limiting only)

How We Use Your Data

• To generate and email your GEO audit report (PDF)
• To follow up once about GEO consulting services
• To improve the audit tool based on aggregate, anonymized trends

What We Do Not Do

• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never add you to mass marketing email lists
• We never share individual audit results publicly

Data Storage

Your audit data is stored securely in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both services use encryption in transit and at rest.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing audit@geocheck.co. We will remove your record within 7 business days.

Data Retention

We retain your audit data for 12 months to support your GEO journey and improve the tool. After 12 months, data is automatically deleted unless you request earlier removal.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Our site does not set any cookies beyond what is technically necessary for the Next.js framework to operate.

Your Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — Update inaccurate information
• Deletion — Request your data be permanently removed
• Restriction — Limit how we process your data
• Portability — Receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — Opt out of follow-up communications

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following services to deliver the GEO Audit Tool:

• Supabase — Database storage
• Resend — Email delivery
• OpenAI, Google, Perplexity — AI visibility checks (we send your brand name and keywords to check if AI search knows your brand)
• Calendly — Strategy call scheduling

Location & Jurisdiction

GEO Audit Tool is operated from Gaziantep, Turkey. Your use of this tool is governed by applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
